The Train Stop is located at 211 W. Bonita in colorful and historic downtown San Dimas, California, one of the last Old West-style towns remaining in California. Its rustic exteriors, wooden sidewalks and friendly environment makes it a popular destination for tourists from around the world -- as well as visitors from around southern California. In fact, The Train Stop's building is located on the National Register of Historic Places.
Founded in 1974 by Paul Kirby, The Train Stop specializes in model railroading products exclusively. Today Paul runs the store with his wife Sue, as well as their dedicated and talented staff of model railroading professionals.
Because The Train Stop focuses exclusively on model train products, it boasts one of the most complete and extensive inventories of current and obsolete inventories anywhere. In fact, Paul's not kidding when he says if he doesn't have it, it's probably not available.
No matter what your interest, scale, or gauge, The Train Stop wants to be your store. Specializing in fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service, you can count on The Train Stop for all your model railroading needs.

We're conveniently located off the 57 Freeway and the 210 Freeway in San Dimas, California. Just take the 10 Freeway to the 57 Interchange. Go north to the Arrow Highway Exit. At the bottom of the offramp, continue STRAIGHT thru the intersection, do not turn left or right. This turns into Bonita Avenue. About a mile and a half you will cross the railroad tracks at Cataract Avenue. We're just past the railroad tracks, across from the old Santa Fe San Dimas station, at 211 West Bonita.
